Hi! I'm Julianna

Wavy Baby started in Tofino, BC, back in 2020 when a friend and I were running a little surfboard repair business. We needed stickers to advertise, and after designing our first one, I quickly realized I loved drawing stickers a whole lot more than fixing surfboards!

What started as a fun side project slowly grew into something bigger. I spent evenings illustrating new designs, selling my artwork, and working with local businesses.

I've always aimed to keep my artwork simple while telling a story. Inspired by nature, wildlife, and life on the West Coast, my goal is to create illustrations that bring a little spark of joy to the people who take them home.

Two years ago, I took the leap and turned Wavy Baby into my full-time job! Today, my hand-drawn designs are carried in over 250 stores across Canada, and I still get excited every time I spot one out in the wild! 💙
